Here is where friendships flourish, business networks are formed, and an entire community of women come together with joy, love and solidarity. Whether Inferno, Wildfire or Hot Flash, join us each month, as we blaze along the West Coast … one dance at a time. And who knows…you may even meet the woman of your dreams!
Walk into one of our Dance Parties in any City, and feel the rush of fun and friendly energy! Smile and ten women will smile back to you. Introduce yourself as a “Hot Flash Virgin,” and our staff will have you feeling at home among our diverse mix of fun-loving women of all stripes, approximately 30-55.
Hot Flash Dance Parties take you back to the 70′s and bring you forward into the 21st century with a great mix of music. If you want to hear more old skool, come early in the evening. Once we get 90 minutes into the party, we hit it with the best dance music of today.
Our Dance Parties are held early in the evening, so you can groove through the entire dance and still plan to party on afterward…don’t forget to take some of your new friends along!

To see women … dancing and laughing and sharing was the most beautiful sight I’d seen in a long time.”
Hot Flash Dances are Women Only Events. No women will be turned away based on trans status, sexual orientation, race, ability, or any other protected class status. We will (1) make sure that all staff or volunteers working the door are aware of this policy and (2) if any woman is turned in violation of this policy, she will receive a sincere apology and two free tickets to later dances.
